At the meeting of the General Consultative Organ in 2011, the general council discussed this subject together with the Councils of the Netherlands, Indonesia and Malawi, with the emphasis on the formation for the formators and the promotion of the international unity within the Congregation. As Sisters of Our Lady, we and our sisters live in different countries: in the Netherlands, Malawi, Indonesia and the Philippines. We feel that there is a unity among us. The foundation of our unity is formed by our traditions and our spirituality.
BACKGROUND OF MEETING
The General Chapter of 2010 has bestowed the
General Council, to organize an international meeting for formators.
